11 Months and Spring Break

These photos have gotten pretty hard to take! Good thing she is almost 1 :) Jenni Cate is getting around more and more. Tonight she used Jaron's hip to climb up on the couch to get a gold fish. She likes to hold his hands and walk around. She still likes to clap and says "Dada" and "Mama." She is pretty much done with baby food. On Feb. 17th when I tried to feed her some she shook her head said, "Uhh-uh."

Jaron had this week off from school. We had a nice spring break! One of the highlights was going to the zoo. Jenni Cate liked the flamingos and otters. It was a pretty big zoo, so by the end she was ready for a nap.

3rd Anniversary

I won a photo giveaway, so we took some photos for our 3rd Anniversary! Jaron and I went to dinner and a show. It was my first time leaving Jenni Cate with someone who wasn't family so Jaron and I could go on a date. I missed her, but she had fun with my friend Annie. Jaron and I went to the Arizona Broadway Theatre and saw Hello Dolly. It was a fun show! We had lunch there before the show. I had Salmon and Jaron had boneless beef short rib. We shared an apple strudel dessert at intermission. It was a fun way  to celebrate our anniversary.

10 months!

She is her Daddy's daughter! She had her eyes more open but the flash took too long to charge.

I can't believe our Jenni Cate is 10 months old! She is so much fun! She likes to cruise around the house holding onto furniture. She also likes to wave and clap her hands. She gets excited when she hears Jaron open the door and she speedily crawls to greet him. She also hurriedly crawls after him when he leaves. She loves her Daddy! She also has been saying "da-da-da" and "ma-ma-ma" more. I think Da-da will be her first word, but we are also trying to teach her to say hi when she waves. She is a happy little girl. She is getting more teeth and wants to use them. In the video she is biting her spoon :)

9 Months

This little girl is standing and cruising all over our house. She likes to explore :) We had a fun Christmas visiting my parents and siblings in Utah. Jenni Cate received a book and messaging teething toy from Mom and Dad, a adorable peek-a-boo bear and Olivia pig book from Grammy and Grandpa Bauer, a beautiful white ruffle cardigan from Grandma and Grandpa Marriott, kissing cow toys from Auntie Haley, and a singing hanging car seat toy from Aunt Mandy and Uncle Brandon. We had fun going to see the Spanish Fork Christmas light show. Jenni Cate was so excited! She waved her arms up and down a lot, smiled and laughed! What a fun first Christmas with our little sweetie!

8 months!

Jenni Cate is thriving! She likes to crawl EVERYWHERE, tap her foot, look at books, pull herself up, and have you crawl and chase her.

Thanksgiving Break 2012

We had a great time visiting family for Thanksgiving. Jaron had two weeks off, so we spent one in Hurricane with his parents and then we went up to Spanish Fork, Pleasant Grove, and Sandy for the rest. We got to visit everyone. Jenni Cate had been close to crawling when we left for our trip, and as Jaron and I were packing the car to leave Hurricane and go up to Spanish Fork Grandpa Marriott got her to move her arms correctly! She is now crawling everywhere and pulling herself up on furniture, toys, and us!
